The Foundation has independent Catering and Housekeeping Departments. The Catering department has specially trained chefs, cuisine cooks and stewards supervised by experts from Catering and Maritime Hospitality industry. Delicious meals for around 800 to 900 meals are prepared during a single service to a diverse group consisting of trainees, faculty, employees and school children.
The galley is well equipped with commercial equipment like grinders, peelers, mixers, idli steamers, and brat pans, deep fat fryers, cooking ranges, ovens and Baines Marie for large scale cooking and serving piping hot meals.
Public visits to the campus are encouraged. Several Schools from Mumbai and adjoining areas as also citizen groups visit Campus and elaborate meal arrangements are made for them.
