DAIRY & POULTRY FARM

The Campus is self sufficient in its requirement of Dairy and Poultry products. The live stock in the Dairy farm is around 42 Heifers yielding 200 litres of milk every day. Around 1200 broilers and 700 Layer birds at any time are reared in the Poultry Farm under expert supervision and stringent hygienic conditions. These meet the poultry requirements of meat and eggs.

There are plenty of water bodies in the Campus including a fresh water reservoir. Fish farming is extensively practiced in the Campus and diet of the trainees is supplemented.
