The whole TSR education is how students make a transition from college life to corporate culture and to help them deal with a range of new challenges in an accountable, credible and professional manner. It focuses on making the students realize the difference between parent managed life to managing yourself at work i.e. industry, managing oneself socially and professionalism at work.
For shaping students life, 23 acre big campus and century (100) years old experience management plays an important role. Students can shape their life by using all advanced facilities and equipment made available by management which range from learning simulators to all other basic facilities.
TSR life starts early morning followed by muster, grooming and self-maintained hygiene everywhere. Before going for classes, morning breakfast and in afternoon lunch is compulsory. Evening sport time is unavoidable part of student’s daily life which includes different sports like outdoor and indoor games, parade, swimming, gym, etc. Before dinner, self-study is followed religiously. After some entertainment, lights will be off at 10.30 pm every day. Time to time, different events arranged by students with different responsibilities are an advanced level management learning for them. With the help of qualified and experienced faculties students are getting ready for industry.
