• • Have passed HSC/ISC (10 + 2) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects OR - have a valid Certificate of Competency issued by the D.G Shipping OR Have valid Certificate of Proficiency issued by Ministry of Communication (WPC Wing).
